MIIOSH APPROVED TRAINING PROVIDER

What is an Authorized Training Provider (ATP)? An MIIOSH Authorized Training Provider, or Authorized Training Provider, is an independent company or organization authorized to provide MIIOSH training directly to students in a classroom setting. MIIOSH Authorized Training Providers help meet the needs of students seeking a more traditional classroom based training experience. How do Authorized Training Provider courses differ from online courses? Courses taught by an ATP are classroom based. This allows students to have a more direct interaction with the instructor versus an online course. Additionally, Authorized Training Providers are able to provide hands-on training for some courses which cannot be achieved through online training. Lastly, Authorized Training Providers have the ability to create custom courses to meet their client's needs. MIIOSH Authorized Training Providers are authorized to provide awareness-level training. MIIOSH does not certify students trained by Authorized Training Providers are qualified or competent to perform Occupational Safety and Health responsibilities. How much does Authorized Training Provider training cost? Each Authorized Training Provider sets their own training fees based upon the program or course being taught. Factors that can affect the price include: the duration of the training, hands-on activities, training materials required, travel expenses, number of students. Please contact your local Authorized Training Provider or visit their website to receive current pricing information.
